If you wish to take a break from gambling, you can do it by using self-exclusion. By default - self-exclusion is activated for an unlimited period of time. However, when applying for the restriction, you have to choose a term within the period between 6 to 36 months. Upon expiry of the period, you will be able to apply for the deactivation of self-exclusion by sending a separate request.
There are 3 ways to apply for self-exclusion from gambling:
- Through the Estonian Tax and Customs Board portal by logging in with ID-card, Mobiil-ID, or Smart-ID
- Physically in the Estonian Tax and Customs Board service center,
- Physically in the Olympic Casino Estonia land-based casinos.
More information about the restrictions on gambling could be found on the Estonian Tax and Customs Board website
