There are different options on how to restore access to your OlyBet account:

• ’Forgot Password’ function:

Go to log-in, and choose the "forgot password?" option. Next, enter the e-mail address you used for registration at OlyBet. In case your phone number has been successfully verified on the gaming account, you will receive an SMS with a 4-digit code.

• Via Smart-ID:

Enter your personal code and click on ‘Login’. You will see a control code after which you will get a phone notification to enter your Smart-ID PIN1 for authentication.

• Via Mobile-ID:

Enter your code and phone number and click on ‘Login’. You will see a control code, after which you will get a phone notification to enter your Mobile-ID PIN1 for authentication.

It is highly recommended to change your password regularly. We suggest doing so once every 3 months.

All deposit methods are instant, except for the Bank transfer method, which takes up to 24 business hours to appear on your OlyBet balance. Due to different circumstances, it may take up to 20 minutes for a deposit to reach the gaming account. Bonuses can get canceled for different reasons, such as the following
