Can I permanently delete my profile?

Kindly note that it is not possible to permanently delete a gaming profile. According to current law, we must store transaction information for 5 years. This action is in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) paragraphs 17.3.b and 17.3.e.

The right to delete personal data is not applicable if the processing of information is necessary for: (17.3.b) Compliance with legal obligations that require compliance with the laws of the Union or the Member State to which the Controller belongs, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller.

(17.3.e) The establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In our case, we comply with the requirements of the following laws and authorities:

• Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act

• Prosecutor's Office
