What is #ThanksGG?
#ThanksGG is a daily flipout tournament with a $100K prizepool. It takes place each day at 10:45. Eligible players will be automatically entered once they've met the criteria which are losing to a bad beat, suckout or cooler (GGCare) determined by GGPoker or celebrating a winning moment by getting a big hand or winning a big pot (GGCheers).
How does the #ThanksGG tournament work?
#ThanksGG is a Flipout Tournament. It is a type of automated tournament where each hand, every player is pushed all-in. Within seconds, a winner is determined. Players don't even need to be online while the tournament takes place - there are no decisions to be made once the tournament starts.
What are the exact conditions that cause GGCare or GGCheers to occur?
The specific details vary by game and often change based on numerous outside factors. As such, the exact conditions that trigger these events cannot be specifically enumerated. Which games count for qualifying for #ThanksGG?
Games that are eligible for this promotion are all cash games that include Hold’em, Omaha, All-In or Fold, Rush & Cash, Spin & Gold, Short Deck, and Tournaments.

What happens to the #ThanksGG event on maintenance days?
Generally speaking, the #ThanksGG daily event will coincide with maintenance times. This means that there will be two events on the next day. The delayed #ThanksGG event will take place at 9:45, with the usual one taking place at 10:45.
