A Refund Bet is a type of promotion where you place a bet using your own funds. If the bet wins, you receive the full winnings as usual. However, if the bet loses, the entire stake is refunded to your account balance.

Note: Refund Bets are granted through promotional campaigns and do not appear in your profile as a separate bonus.

Example of a Refund Bet

Here’s how a Refund Bet works in practice:

• You place a €5 Refund Bet on an event with odds of 2.00.
• If the bet wins, you receive €10 (€5 x 2.00) in your account balance.
• If the bet loses, the original €5 stake is refunded to your account balance.

How to Receive a Refund Bet?

Refund Bets are only available through promotional campaigns.

To receive a Refund Bet:

1. Visit the My Campaigns page.
2. Locate the campaign offering the Refund Bet.
3. Activate the campaign.
4. Fulfill all the terms and conditions specified in the campaign.
5. Once eligible, the Refund Bet will be credited to your account and available for use.

How to Place a Refund Bet?

Once the Refund Bet has been credited to your account, follow these steps:

1. Select an eligible event or market in line with the campaign rules.
2. Place your bet using your own funds.
3. You do not need to activate any special option — if the bet qualifies, it is automatically considered Refund.
4. If the bet loses, the full stake will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

Reminder: Always check the campaign’s terms to ensure your bet qualifies as Refund.
